• I am a volunteer moderator, not an employee, contractor, or agent of the server owner or organization.
• My role and permissions are revocable at any time, with or without notice, at the sole discretion of server ownership.
• I will follow all server rules, Discord Terms of Service, and applicable laws, and act in good faith while moderating.
• I understand that moderation decisions may be overridden or reviewed by administrators or ownership.
• I will not misuse moderator privileges, abuse authority, engage in harassment, or act in a way that damages the server or its community.
• I will keep non-public information confidential, including internal discussions, moderation logs, member data, and security details.
• I will not represent myself as speaking on behalf of the server or organization unless explicitly authorized.
• I acknowledge that I am personally responsible for my actions and that the server owner is not liable for my conduct.
• I understand that violation of this agreement may result in immediate removal of moderator privileges and/or server access.
• This agreement may be updated at any time, and continued moderation constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
